I have a #49. Actually two; one good one, one broken one. Ordered from Lee Valley. They shipped in a padded envelope. The first arrived snapped in half. The replacement was shipped in a box. I agree that they are thin and somewhat easy to break.
Just wanted to thank you for all your blogs and videos over the last couple years. Though i have been hindered on my progress in building things due to many factors, your posts keep me inspired to keep after a hobby in woodworking. This coming week i am going to take a stab at making your style of sawbench, if weather and time permit. Been a little to cold round here to do much. By the way i watch your videos via youtube on my bluray 90% of the time which doesnt allow me to anything but watch, so wanted to post this so you know i do like all your videos. Thanks!
WOW. thanks a lot Justin. It is really nice to get messages from people who enjoy my video and blog so much.
Good luck with the bench. And, if you have any questions about it you can send me an email anytime.
